このページは、BakoApps（運営：ファインマン・システム株式会社。以下「当社」といいます。）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「3DダンジョンRPG -混沌の王と秘宝の守護者-」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。 本アプリをインストールまたは利用する前に、本ポリシーをご確認ください。

本ポリシーにおける「利用者情報」とは、利用者の識別に関連する情報、サービス上の行動履歴、端末上で生成または保存される情報など、本アプリの利用に伴って取得または送信される情報をいいます。

本アプリが利用する情報

1．広告配信

本アプリでは、リワード広告を表示するためにGoogle AdMobを利用しています。 Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告の配信、効果測定、不正行為の防止などを目的として、以下の情報を自動的に収集または送信する場合があります。

  • IPアドレスおよびIPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域情報
  • アプリの起動、タップ、広告動画の視聴などの操作情報
  • アプリや広告SDKの動作、障害、パフォーマンスなどに関する診断情報
  • 広告ID、アプリセットIDその他の端末またはアカウントに関連する識別子

収集または送信される情報は、利用者の端末設定、地域、同意状況、広告配信設定などによって異なる場合があります。

2．オンライン機能およびランキング

本アプリでは、ランキング、プレイヤー識別、購入確認および広告削除権利の管理などのオンライン機能を提供するために、Microsoft Azure PlayFabを利用しています。

PlayFabへ、以下の情報が送信または保存される場合があります。

  • 自動的に生成されたプレイヤー識別情報
  • ランキングのスコアおよび順位に関する情報
  • アプリ内購入の確認に必要な取引情報
  • 広告削除権利の所有状況

これらの情報は、ランキング機能の提供、不正利用の防止、購入内容の確認、広告削除権利の復元および管理のために利用されます。

3．アプリ内購入

本アプリでは、広告削除機能の購入処理にGoogle PlayまたはApple App Storeのアプリ内購入サービスを利用しています。 購入時には、商品ID、取引ID、購入レシートその他の購入確認に必要な情報が、Google、Appleおよび購入検証に使用するPlayFabによって処理される場合があります。

当社が利用者のクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を直接取得または保存することはありません。

4．お問い合わせ

利用者が本アプリに関してメールまたはお問い合わせフォームから連絡した場合、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

  • 氏名または利用者が入力した名称
  • メールアドレス
  • お問い合わせ内容
  • 端末名、OSバージョン、画面サイズ、ピクセル密度などの端末情報
  • アプリ内購入および広告削除権利の状況

これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの回答および問題の調査のために利用します。

利用目的

本アプリが取り扱う利用者情報は、以下の目的で利用されます。

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in the smartphone application “3D Dungeon RPG: King of Chaos and the Treasure Guardians” (the “App”), provided by BakoApps and operated by Feynman System Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review this Policy before installing or using the App.

In this Policy, “User Information” means information related to user identification, activity performed through services, and other information generated, stored, collected, or transmitted in connection with use of the App.

Information Used by the App

1. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. For purposes including ad delivery, ad measurement, and fraud prevention, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or transmit the following information:

  • IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
  • App interactions, including app launches, taps, and rewarded-video views
  • Diagnostic information relating to the operation, performance, or failure of the App and advertising SDK
  • Advertising identifiers, app set identifiers, and other device- or account-related identifiers

The information collected or transmitted may vary depending on the user’s device settings, region, consent choices, and advertising configuration.

2. Online Features and Rankings

The App uses Microsoft Azure PlayFab to provide online features including rankings, player identification, purchase validation, and management of the ad-removal entitlement.

The following information may be transmitted to or stored by PlayFab:

  • An automatically generated player identifier
  • Ranking scores and ranking-related information
  • Transaction information required to validate in-app purchases
  • The ownership status of the ad-removal entitlement

This information is used to provide ranking features, prevent unauthorized use, validate purchases, and manage or restore the ad-removal entitlement.

3. In-App Purchases

The App uses the in-app purchase services provided by Google Play or the Apple App Store to process purchases of the ad-removal feature. When a purchase is made, the product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase receipt, and other information necessary to validate the purchase may be processed by Google, Apple, and PlayFab, which is used for purchase validation.

We do not directly collect or store payment information such as users’ credit card numbers.

4. Inquiries

When a user contacts us regarding the App by email or through our inquiry form, we may collect the following information:

  • The user’s name or other name entered by the user
  • Email address
  • Contents of the inquiry
  • Device information such as device model, operating system version, screen size, and pixel density
  • In-app purchase and ad-removal entitlement status

This information is used to respond to the inquiry and investigate reported issues.

Purposes of Use

User Information is used for the following purposes:

  • To deliver and display third-party advertisements
  • To measure advertising performance and prevent fraudulent activity
  • To provide online features, including rankings
  • To validate in-app purchases and grant or restore the ad-removal entitlement

We may transmit User Information to Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other service providers to the extent necessary to provide the services described in this Policy. Except where disclosure is required by law, we do not provide User Information to third parties for purposes other than those described in this Policy.

Retention and Deletion

The retention period for User Information varies depending on the type of information, its purpose, and the policies of each service provider. We endeavor to retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the applicable purpose or comply with legal obligations.

To request access to or deletion of User Information, please contact us using the inquiry form below. Certain information, including purchase records, may not be deleted immediately where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or restore purchased entitlements.

Security
